Update to CNL’s Covid-19 Pandemic Requirements – October 2021

CNL is implementing a new policy for the requirement of weekly testing for all CNL on-site personnel and visitors, including contractors, who are not fully vaccinated. Effective October 1, 2021, we are implementing a transitioning rollout process, with a firm start date of November 1, 2021. This will provide you with enough time to plan for the fast approaching November 1 start date.

Throughout the pandemic, CNL has made strong commitments towards public health and safety guidelines, regulations and adherence. We’ve implemented controls to help protect the health and safety of all employees, contractors and visitors from the hazards of COVID-19 and its health related concerns.

However, the risk has not been eliminated and COVID-19, especially its variants, still carry a significant health risk. Government entities, business partners, industry and community leaders are implementing proof of vaccination status to further enhance the safety of workers and the public. Public Health guidelines stress the need for full vaccination. We recognize vaccination is a personal choice, this is why we are issuing a vaccinated or test policy; we believe this policy will help reduce the risk of COVID-19 in our workplaces.

Details of the policy will be communicated and posted on CNL’s vendor portal.

Code of Conduct – reminder

In CNL’s Code of Conduct, we have the Core Values: Accountability, Excellence, Integrity, Respect, Safety and Teamwork. We witness these values demonstrated daily by our suppliers, contractors and employees, however, during periods of high emotion, change or stress, sometimes values can become challenged or tested. Not everyone may agree with this policy, however, we ask that you demonstrate respect for others, the highest regard for safety and continue to work as an aligned team to help address the continued hazards of COVID.  If you have any questions or concerns, please do not hesitate to contact your CNL Contract Representative or CNL Contractor Management [email protected]
