CNL sites will be closed on September 30 in observance of National Day for Truth and Reconciliation

The Government of Canada recently passed legislation to make September 30th a federal statutory holiday called the National Day for Truth and Reconciliation.

Keeping in line with the Federal Government guidelines, CNL sites will be observing this holiday and will be closed on September 30, with CNL site presence limited to regulatory requirements.

If you are under the understanding that your contract requires you to be working on the CNL site September 30, please coordinate with your CNL Contract Representative to ensure oversight site arrangement will be available on that day.

Please ensure that this message is cascaded appropriately within your respective organizations.

Under no circumstance is work on CNL site to proceed on this day without first receiving advance approval with your contract representative.

If you have any questions or concerns, please do not hesitate to contact your CNL Contract Representative, or CNL Contractor Management [email protected].

Sincerely,

Les Anderson
