The strategic delivery partnership agreement (SDPA)

 

A Business to Business framework on collaboration enabling stakeholders to add value to each other, under a collaboration agreement, with predefined rules of engagement and expectations, referred to as “The strategic delivery partnership agreement” SDPA.  It consists of a circle of key strategic partners (11) representing many industries and segments that are crucial to CNL.

The new strategic delivery partnership agreements are designed to enhance and build the necessary capabilities and capacity to ensure the delivery of CNL’s corporate strategy, Vision 2030, which includes the continued revitalization of the Chalk River Laboratories campus.

AECOM Canada Nuclear Services, Aecon Nuclear, Bird Construction, Bird – Chandos CDP Joint Venture, ECC, ES Fox Limited and Tetra Tech Canada Joint Venture, Hatch Limited, Johnson Controls Canada, M. Sullivan & Son, Stantec Consulting, and WSP Canada.

Some of the SDPA members are also key partners under the Major and Minor construction groups.
