CNL has again partnered with ISN’s Monarch Consulting Team to administer VendorSight, an anonymous survey focused on gathering our contractors’ and suppliers’ perceptions of our procurement and supply chain practices. Your candid feedback will help us assess and improve our procurement practices. We thank you for your time and feedback.
Targeted suppliers will receive a link to the survey on October 31 in an email entitled “CNLSupplier Experience Survey – Action Needed” from [email protected] (or “VendorSight by Monarch”). It will take 8-10 minutes to complete and all answers will be treated as confidential. The survey closes November 10.
The survey is intended to be taken by individuals who are familiar with or directly involved in managing your relationship with us. This includes procurement, contracting, billing, performance management, and other processes. Please take the survey yourself and/or forward the link above to any individuals who would be able to provide valuable feedback—multiple responses per company are welcomed and appreciated.
