Visitor COVID Screening

Ontario & New Brunswick: Visitor COVID Screening

Note: If you answer “yes” to any screening questions, review the clearance criteria closely to determine if you are cleared to access CNL Sites.

If you answer “no” to the screening questions and your condition changes before accessing the site or while on site during the event, you are asked to refrain from attending the site.

Have you experienced any of the following symptoms outside of your norm and that are not related to other known causes or medical conditions within the last 10 days?

  • Fever/chills
  • New or worsening cough
  • Shortness of breath or difficulty breathing
  • Sore throat
  • Runny or stuffy/congested nose
  • Decrease or loss of sense of taste or smell
  • Diarrhea, stomach pain, nausea or vomiting
  • Headache (that is unusual or long-lasting)
  • Extreme fatigue
  • Body or muscle aches/joint pain

In the last 10 days, have you:

  • Tested positive for COVID (PCR or Rapid Antigen).
  • Been told to isolate by public health or health care provider and have not yet been cleared.

Clearance Criteria:

  • You must be fever-free for 24 hours; AND,
  • You must have had symptom improvement for 24 hours (48 hours if you were experiencing nausea, vomiting or diarrhea); AND,
  • You must wear a well-fitted face covering in all shared spaces and when closer than 6 feet/2 meters of other individuals for 10 days after your positive COVID result / symptom onset, whichever came first, or longer if respiratory symptoms (cough, runny nose, sore throat) last beyond 10 days.

Quebec: Visitor COVID Screening

Manitoba: Visitor COVID Screening

If you answer “no” to the screening questions and your condition changes before accessing the site or while on site during the event, you are asked to refrain from attending the site.

Have you experienced any of the following symptoms outside of your norm and that are not related to other known causes or medical conditions within the last 10 days?

  • Fever/chills
  • New or worsening cough
  • Shortness of breath or difficulty breathing
  • Sore throat
  • Runny or stuffy/congested nose
  • Decrease or loss of sense of taste or smell
  • Diarrhea, stomach pain, nausea or vomiting
  • Headache (that is unusual or long-lasting)
  • Extreme fatigue
  • Body or muscle aches/joint pain
  • Pink eye
  • Rash of unknown origin

In the last 10 days, have you:

  • Tested positive for COVID (PCR or Rapid Antigen).
  • Been told to isolate by public health or health care provider and have not yet been cleared.

Clearance Criteria:

  • If you tested positive for COVID-19 OR developed any COVID-19 symptoms but did not test for COVID-19, you must complete a full 5-day self-isolation period from your positive test result or symptom onset date; OR,
  • If you developed any of the COVID-19 symptoms, you must have three negative COVID-19 tests that are 24-48 hours a part in order to be cleared from your 5-day self-isolation period early; AND,
  • You must be fever-free for 24 hours; AND,
  • You must have had symptom improvement for 24 hours (48 hours if you were experiencing nausea, vomiting or diarrhea); AND,
  • You must wear a well-fitted face covering in all shared spaces and when closer than 6 feet/2 meters of other individuals for 10 days after your positive COVID result / symptom onset whichever came first, or longer if respiratory symptoms (cough, runny nose, sore throat) last beyond 10 days.
