Application Process

CNL uses an online application process to receive résumés. We do not accept paper, faxed or emailed résumés to specific departments or the CNL Recruitment team. Please apply online through our website.

Our online application pages are created and hosted by HRSoft. Applicants copy and paste their cover letter, and resume into the application page and answer a few skill testing questions. When you apply, you will receive an email acknowledging that we have received your résumé. You will be notified by CNL if you are selected for further consideration, based on your skills, abilities and qualifications, for any of our current hiring needs. CNL cannot respond to individual phone or email inquiries, or provide status updates on applications.

Agency referrals will not be accepted.

If you are selected for further consideration, our standard recruitment and selection process will consist of multiple steps, including screening, testing and one or more interviews (with hiring managers, other stakeholders and Human Resources). Candidates who are proceeding to the final stages of the recruitment and selection process will also be required to comply with reference, criminal background and education verification. We appreciate all interest in employment opportunities; however, due to the high volume of applications we receive, we only contact candidates selected for consideration. Internal applicants will be given priority consideration.

CNL will not respond to general emails or telephone inquiries requesting updates on position status.
