Periodically, CNL issues calls for proposals for collaboration to advance CNL’s Science and Technology (S&T) priorities.
Proponents responding to this Call for Proposals must be either a university or federal government laboratory or institution, or both, acting as the primary proponent in the collaboration. A third-party participant, namely Small- and Medium-sized Enterprises or non-federal institutions, such as provincial laboratories and non-profit research institutions, acting as the secondary proponent or a funding partner, would be considered favourably. Proposed projects from proponents shall be of R&D nature aligning CNL's S&T priorities. CNL will provide access to its nuclear facilities and scientific experts as in-kind contributions.
